Life at Chewandswallow

How would our lives be with one of the basic necessities of life falling straight from the sky? Lucky you might say… But the people living in Chewandswallow seemed to have had a rough time. Picture yourself as a citizen of Chewandswallow. It would be raining all sorts of food everyday- hot tomato soup, eggs (sunny side up), pancakes, juices, creamy doughnuts, meatballs, spaghetti, burgers, etc. Now think about the dilemma you would have to face when moving outside your house… In the movie Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, the lifestyle of the residents is portrayed in a very funny manner.

The reluctance of leaving the house without plates or silverware is comically portrayed. With cooked food falling from the sky, the restaurants are actually roofless. Imagine the mess created on the roads, cars and terraces. Thus the sanitation department does its duty of clearing the streets after every meal. The anticipation of the forecast by Sam Sparks (voiced by Anna Faris, the American actress and singer known for her comic roles) will be another charming aspect of the film. In the book there is a statement of the weather forecast that goes like this- "For dinner one night there were lamb chops, becoming heavy at times, with occasional ketchup."

I love the humour in the movie videos. And I know that every fun-loving person is bound to like Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Find out more about this movie by logging on to: www.cloudythemovie.com
